Get back to the flow of things, safely.

We are excited to welcome you back into the studio for in person/in studio classes after thoughtful preparation to keep you safe and flowing. YF has now shifted into STAGE 2 of our refreshed reopening plan effective 4/1 with physically distanced classes for you to enjoy inside our studio and outdoors on the patio starting 4/15. We will continue to offer premium livestream classes to support your mental, spiritual and physical well-being virtually online. All of our classes are available to everyone in our community to attend including YF members, class package holders and new students to YogaFresh.

To best prepare for class, please review our refreshed YOGAFRESH REOPENING STAGES and our Safety Standards (below) before your next in-person class visit. The health, safety and experience of our YogaFresh community is of the upmost importance to us; since the safest experience for everyone is one that is co-created with you. We will remain committed to maintaining our high standards of health and hygiene, but we need your help too as we are taking all of the proper precautions and following all current CDC recommendations and state guidelines.

HVAC Upgrades + New Air Sanitization System:

YogaFresh has upgraded both of our HVAC units to now include two specialized Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization (NPBI) systems that will improve the overall air quality in our studio to enhance your class experience.

These new air purification systems will continuously clean and sanitize the air you breathe by eliminating any airborne particulates including harmful bacteria, viruses, mold, and pollen in the air through innovative NPBI technology. This technology produces negative and positive ions to break down and purify the air so that you can be assured that our practice space is safe, clean and healthy as you get back into the flow of things with us.

YF SAFETY STANDARDS

Before your first class back at the studio, please make sure to read through our safety standards to know what we’re doing to keep our studio clean and what you can do to keep our space safe.

SELF HEALTH CHECK
Both students and teachers are asked to please stay home if you are unwell, have a fever or are showing any signs of illness. If you appear to be sick or coughing, you will not be allowed to attend class. If you develop symptoms and/or test positive for COVID-19 within 48 hours of taking class with us in-studio, please email us immediately here so we can alert all students who are considered exposed.

REDUCED CAPACITY
Class capacities have been reduced to less than 50% with 1-11 students per class including the required 6+ foot physical distancing inbetween each mat.

RESERVATIONS REQUIRED
You must pre-register for all of our classes online at least 10 minutes before the class is scheduled to begin due to limited in-person space available and to honor physical distancing. No walk ins will be allowed at this time and you can reserve your spot in class up to 14 days prior. Space is first come, first reserved. Join the waitlist and you’ll be added to class automatically if someone cancels. All active members will have priority pre-booking options.  SIGN UP HERE!

LATE CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY
We have reduced the number of spots in class to just 50% of capacity for you to participate safely. To allow as many students as possible to participate in our in-person classes, a late cancellation fee of $10/class will apply to ALL STUDENTS if you don’t show or cancel your reservation online 2 hours in advance.

WEAR A MASK
Please wear your face mask at all times while inside YogaFresh including when entering, practicing or exiting the studio including while in any of the common areas or hallway. All YogaFresh teachers will wear a mask when teaching indoors. For our outdoor classes on the patio, masks will be recommended, but are not required for outdoor classes.

CLEAN
Please sanitize or wash your hands upon arrival to YF. Please sanitize any borrowed props after use in the studios.

BYOaE (Bring Your Own almost Everything)
YogaFresh will now offer students the option to rent a yoga mat for $2 or borrow our hard props which include yoga blocks, weights, balls and bands for use in our indoor classes only. At this time, we can not borrow out any of our soft props for classes which include blankets, bolsters and yoga straps for the unforeseeable future. You are welcome to bring your own mat and props from home or can also purchase your own quality props from the YF Boutique.

15 MINUTES
Please limit your time in the studio to no more than 15 minutes before/after class.

NAMASTE 6ft AWAY
Look for the YF mat placement markers located on the floors in both studio rooms to ensure that your entire mat is a full 6 foot distance from fellow students. Please center the top of your mat with the CONNECT, INSPIRE & THRIVE placement markers located in both of our yoga rooms to guarantee that all four sides of your yoga mat will be twelve feet away (or more) from another student at all times throughout class.

We appreciate your trust as we all adapt to this evolving situation. We know that when we can collectively embrace and support one another, we’re all better together for it. We can’t wait to practice alongside you again at YogaFresh.
