YogaFresh Momma Pre/Postnatal Yoga

This specialty class was designed for expectant mothers during pregnancy to help connect, celebrate and relax in a community of other mommies-to-be! Through breath work, relaxation and a flow of postures, this class will help your body and mind gain the strength, confidence, endurance and inner peace to support you throughout your pregnancy and prepare you for labor. This class is open to expectant mother’s at any stage in pregnancy and new moms post birth. This class is taught by certified prenatal yoga instructor.  Pre-registration is suggested to attend this class.
