This class includes a sequence of yoga postures created by Dr. Loren M. Fishman at Columbia University (New York) who specializes in rehabilitative medicine. In a 10 year research study, Dr. Fishman saw measurable increases in participants’ bone density as well as improved balance and muscle strength.

Learn the sequence of postures as well as gain strength and understanding of your muscle and bone function as they align to create more bone-forming cells. This class is appropriate for all levels of yogis and is practiced in an unheated room.
