YogaFresh Sculpt for Intermediate Levels

This class combines the smart sequencing of our FreshFlow classes with low impact exercises that use your own body weight and/or the option of light free weights to help you build strength and endurance for an amazing total body workout. This unique class leaves you feeling stronger, gives you more energy and sculpts your body in all the right places!
This class is practiced in a heated room (85 degrees) and is a great compliment to any of our FreshFlow classes. Some knowledge of basic yoga postures is recommended. Please bring a set of light weights to use in class or you are also welcome to participate without weights.




Warm Temperature: 80-85°
