Vinyasa + Deep Relaxation

This class will combine elements of vinyasa fresh flow + restorative yoga, yin yoga and nidra (yoga sleep) to create an invigorating, restful and deeply relaxing experience. We will move through postures linking breath to movement to loosen the outer layers of the body, then move into restorative postures to ground and settle the body and mind and finish your practice with a blissful guided meditation and extended savasana. This class will provide you the opportunity to bring balance to your body and practice.  This class is practiced in a heated room (85 degrees) and some knowledge of basic yoga postures and sun salutations is recommended.
