Teen/Tween Yoga

Discover strength, flexibility, comfort and calm as Teens and Tweens explore the benefits of yoga in a fun and safe practice created just for them!  Each class will include physical poses, breath practice, meditation and deep relaxation and can help to improve balance, create strength, increase flexibility, focus, confidence and self acceptance all while relieving stress. This class is suitable for Teens & Tweens ages 8-16 and no previous yoga experience is necessary.  This class is practiced in an UNheated room.
