Slow Flow for ALL Levels

This nourishing practice incorporates a balance of active Hatha Yoga postures to warm the body through intelligent and slow movement to build strength, balance, and flexibility. This is followed by longer holds in the poses to relax and unwind.

Slow Flow is open to ALL LEVELS of students from beginners to advanced levels. This class is practiced in an unheated room (76-78 degrees).
