Slow Burn for ALL Levels
Build strength, balance and flexibility through a creative sequence of Hatha Yoga postures to challenge both the body and the mind. This challenging, yet accessible practice will use slow, deliberate transitions between each posture with long holds to strengthen your entire body.
Slow Burn is open to ALL LEVELS of students from beginners to advanced levels. This class is practiced in a heated room (85 degrees).
