Gentle Hatha + Meditation

This class will incorporate postures that will both support and strengthen your body into a slow, meditative, calm practice. Perfect for beginners, or even advanced practitioners wishing to slow down.  We will use a combination of gentle, yin and hatha-based movements to welcome soft openings and mind-body awareness ending practice with a guided meditation to cultivate mindfulness. Meditation can help improve sleep, focus and the immune system while easing anxiety, stress, depression and pain. This class is practiced in an unheated room and ALL LEVELS are welcome.
