Ashtanga Vinyasa for ALL Levels

This active and energetic class is a modified version of the traditional Ashtanga primary series. Ashtanga is an athletic style of yoga with a set sequence of poses and an emphasis on breath and discipline. This class is practiced in an unheated room (76 degrees) and is suitable for ambitious beginners and those yogis ready to take their practice to another level.
