We’re going online and will begin offering interactive LIVE classes with your favorite YogaFresh teachers and community starting on Sunday, March 22nd!
To help you stay stay connected, inspired and thriving virtually online with us, we thank you for your continued loyalty and support. YogaFresh is now offering all of your favorite YF classes LIVE online with streaming classes daily starting on Sunday, 3/22! All of our LIVE classes will be held via interactive two-way video livestream so you are in class with the class, from the safety and privacy of your home.
While our updated goal is to resume a full schedule of classes at YogaFresh around May 1st, 2020; until the time is right to re-open, we will continue to offer daily LIVE classes for you to enjoy from the safety and privacy of your home. As we continue to evaluate the COVID-19 situation with the safety of our teachers, students and broader community as our top priority, during this time of uncertainty while our physical studio is temporarily closed we hope that you will breathe and flow with us from home instead!
Getting started with your first online YF class.
STEP 1: PICK YOUR LIVE STREAMING YF CLASS & REGISTER
Add the class to your shopping cart and check out. When you’re done, you will receive an email with a unique link to the class in Zoom, the video platform we use for our classes.
STEP 2: SET UP YOUR SPACE
Ten minutes or so before your class is scheduled to begin, roll out your yoga mat, position your laptop or phone 7-8 ft away from you and click the link in the email you received to open Zoom (or find the link in ompractice.com/my-account/orders
). Set up your laptop or mobile phone so the camera shows all or most of your yoga mat. That way the teacher can see you and offer individualized support.
Remember, all you need for practice is a yoga mat and your laptop or mobile phone camera with a wifi connection (or cell service if you’re using your phone). Having a water bottle or towel may be handy in additional to any props you typically would like to use at the studio (blanket, bolster, block, chair, weights, etc.) and consider your lighting and surroundings so that you can complete your class un-interrupted.
STEP 3: BEGIN YOUR PRACTICE
Log into your digital classroom with one click from your email and get real time feedback while you practice.
Use your membership or purchase either a single class or a 2-week unlimited online package.
If you’re a THRIVE unlimited member, you now have access to a brand new library of ONLINE classes to enjoy at your leisure at home or while traveling all now included with your active membership. In addition, our THRIVE members also have been sent a special coupon code via email to use as payment upon registration to attend our LIVE interactive classes. For our Inspire & Connect Members, you have also been sent a unique coupon code to use for your respective 4 or 8 classes per month that are included in your membership. If you’re not enrolled as a monthly autopay member, you will be prompted to purchase either a single class at our regular class rate OR can choose a special 2-week unlimited online class package for your registration. Please note that we are temporarily suspending our Intro Unlimited Offer for $49 and will freeze any remaining days you may have in your Intro pacakge until our physical studio reopens again for in person classes. If you purchased an intro offer between February 18th, 2020 and March 17th, 2020, we will honor any unused days of your package upon reopening our studio. Also, we will freeze any class packages purchased before March 22nd, 2020 and extend those expiration dates by the number of days our physical studio is closed from March 17th, 2020 until our reopen date OR you can email Jen at: email@example.com

Tips for setting up your home practice experience:
After you have found a quiet space to roll out your yoga mat at home and before you begin your online YogaFresh class, her are a few suggestions for prop replacements if you don’t have any yoga props to use at home:
- Blocks – a big book, a pot from your kitchen, a small step stool
- Straps – the belt from your bathrobe, the belt from your jeans, a jump rope or a towel
- Bolster – couch cushions, pillows, rolled up blankets
- Barre – a flat backed chair, the kitchen counter top, the back of the couch
- Weights – Soup cans, filled water bottles, filled reusable shopping bags
- Resistance Band – a bungee cord,
- Ball – Rolled up towel or t-shirt
