Power FreshFlow is open to INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED levels and is a great option for yogis looking to build strength, cardiovascular health and flexibility. This class is practiced in a heated room (85 degrees) and previous yoga experience is strongly recommended including a solid foundation of sun salutations and basic postures.
