Pilates Mat + Foam Rolling

Explore the benefits of pilates mat exercises to develop core strength, flexibility, and balance. We will finish class with foam rolling techniques to help release tension deep within your body’s connective tissues for a myofacial release. This class is great for those new to pilates and is open to ALL LEVELS and is practiced in an Unheated room.
