Enjoy a fusion of our Hot Yoga & Vinyasa FreshFlow classes to blend the therapeutic postures and benefits with flowing breath and movement. Our Hot Fusion class is a less aggressive option for the upper-body than a traditional flow class (with no Chaturanga or full vinyasa) and focuses on the lower body with more balancing and standing poses to help detox and strengthen your body. This is a great option if you have any elbow, shoulder and wrist issues and can help to reduce stress and calm the mind. Hot Fusion is open to ALL LEVELS of students from beginners to advanced levels. This class is practiced in a heated room (95 degrees).
