This hatha-based practice blends asana (posture) with pranyama (breathing techniques) and meditation to fine tune elements of your practice by exploring beginner -intermediate postures in a safe and sustainable way. This class begins to explore the connections between yoga postures and yoga philosophy, to broaden your appreciation and understanding of yoga. This class is practiced in a slightly heated room (80 degrees) and all levels are welcome.

Hatha Fusion Level 1/2 is practiced in a slightly heated room (80 degrees) and is an BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE level class.
Hatha Fusion Level 2/3 is practiced in a slightly heated room (80 degrees) and is an INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED level class and previous yoga experience is strongly recommended.
