FITflow combines the mindfulness of yoga flow with strength and conditioning for a total mind body experience all wrapped up in 45min. The first half of class will include a dynamic yoga flow connecting breath and movement. A short dynamic warm-up will follow to continue warming your body up for the workout. Next is the 10-15min. strength and conditioning portion of class. You’ll work at your own pace and modifications will be offered to fit every fitness level. We’ll conclude class with cool down and savasana. You’ll leave feeling mindful, strong and energized.
