Barre Burn is an efficient, effective and FUN high energy/no impact barre based class that will burn away fat to create a lean, toned and more flexible body. Barre Burn is open to ALL LEVELS and combines elements of a ballet barre, yoga and pilates with light free weights to isometrically sculpt the butt, legs, arms and torso to reshape your body from the inside out. This class is gentle on your joints and does NOT involve any bouncing or jumping. This class is practiced in a slightly heated room (80 degrees) and no previous experience is needed. Please bring your yoga mat to class (or rent one from us for $1) and don’t forget to PRE-REGISTER to reserve your spot at the barre as space is limited.
