Barre Strong combines all the benefits of our Barre Burn class plus additional strengthening and low impact cardio to help you find your zen while toning your entire body to feel strong and balanced. This class will integrate the lengthening benefits of alignment based yoga to help you stretch and decompress with the sculpting benefits of a ballet barre and free weights to isometrically sculpt your torso, butt, legs and arms. This challenging, low impact class will elevate your heart rate and burn away fat to create a more lean, toned and flexible body. This class is open to INTERMEDIATE LEVELS and is practiced in an slightly heated room (80 degrees). It is recommended that you have taken 5 or more Barre Burn classes before attending a Barre Strong class. Please bring your yoga mat to class (or rent one from us for $1) and don’t forget to PRE-REGISTER to reserve your spot at the barre. Space is limited.
